Account & Data Deletion

Request deletion of your Peptrack account and associated data

You can request deletion of your Peptrack account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.

How to Delete Your Account

1. In the app

Open the Peptrack app → go to Settings → Account → Delete Account → confirm. Your account and all data will be permanently removed.

2. By email

Email us at contact@trypeptrack.app with the subject line ‘Delete My Account’, sent from the email address associated with your account. We’ll process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Your account and email address
All protocols and stacks
Dose logs and injection history
Vial inventory records
Side-effect and symptom logs
All wellness tracking data (weight, hydration, sleep, nutrition, check-ins)

Data Retention

Once you request deletion, your account and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days. Any residual backup copies are fully purged within 90 days. After deletion, your data cannot be recovered.
